When should I order my stationery?

We always recommend starting the process early. We can get quite busy depending on the time of the year, so in order to ensure that everything runs smoothly and your invites are delivered on time we need to book you in for formatting in advance. Please allow 2 months from first consultation to delivery date. To be safe we suggest you visit us 6-8 months prior to the big day, the more time you have the better.

How much will my stationery cost?

Pricing will vary depending on the invitation that you choose. Generally our invites can start from as low as $4 each and can go up from there, depending on how much embellishments there are on the invite! Most of our invites generally range between $6-$15. We absolutely love to work around budgets so we can design something that best suits what you want and still fits in with what you have set aside for your stationery.

Am I able to change designs and colours to suit what I had in mind?

Of course! All colours, fonts and designs are created specifically for you to suit your styling, theme and colour palette, and this is what makes our service so unique.

How long will my order take?

Your order will be completed in 4-6 weeks from the date of your final approval. Orders can be fast tracked if need be at an additional charge.

Do you have a studio where I can view your designs and paper swatches?

We most definitely do! Our Little Paper Pantry is located on Pitt Street in Sydney CBD. Feel free to refer to our map for directions. We do recommend that you book in an appointment so that we can sit down with you and discuss everything you may need. Alternatively if you are unable to come in, please email us at info@littlepaperpantry.com where we will be happy to liaise with you to get your order started.

When do we send out our invitations to our guests?

Your invites should reach your guests 6-8 weeks before the big day. If you're hand delivering your invites or if your wedding falls during a holiday period, we recommend that you give them out a couple of weeks earlier so your guests have plenty of notice.

What about the RSVP date?

Your RSVP date should be set approximately 4-5 weeks before the day. This give you time to plan your wedding day stationery items too, such as place cards, seating plans, menus etc.

What about wording and etiquette?

We have wording to suit every kind of wedding, not only for the invites, but for your RSVP cards, wishing well and gift registry also. We also provide you with a list of quotes, verse and font options for you to choose from.

What other items might we need?

Besides invitations, you may also need accessories like RSVP cards, a map, wishing well or registry cards, place cards, thank you cards, order of service booklets and menus, just to name a few. We can help you with anything paper related for the big day! We do have a price list that lists the costs of items like these so feel free to shoot through an enquiry if you would like us to send it to you.

How many invitations should we order?

Allow one invitation per couple or one per family. Make sure to include interstate, international guests and some spares as well. The Little Paper Pantry recommends that you order 10 to 15 extra invitations for those unexpected guests that pop up, and also for keepsake purposes. This will be less expensive than reordering extras at a later date.

Are there any other fees to consider?

If you decide to choose one of our existing designs, we do charge a one off fee of $50 to rework it with your wording included. If you would like an existing design tweaked, the design fee can increase from there depending on the work required and if you decide you would like a completely new design, the starting design fee is $120. Guest name printing on invites and envelopes is $1.00 with a one off fee of $30 for setup.

Do I get to check the wording before our stationery is printed?

Absolutely, we will send you proofs for you to check, and 3 rounds of changes can be made. Once everything is finalised, we send you your final proofs and once you approve each item, you items will go into production.

Can our stationery be printed in other languages?

Yes, we are able to make invitation in most languages. We do charge a one off $60 language fee for this.
